Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Who we are

GenDeck(“we”, “us”) is operated by Navaro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06938486), registered office Highdown House, 11 Highdown Road, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV31 1XT, England, VAT number GB 978376355. You can reach us at support@gendeck.io. By creating an account or using https://gendeck.io you agree to these terms.

2. What GenDeck is

GenDeck is a canvas workspace where you create images, video and other visual content, including with the help of third-party AI models. Generation is paid for with credits; the cost of each generation is shown before you run it.

3. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read your email can access your account. You must give accurate information, be at least 13 years old (and have a parent or guardian’s permission if under 18), and not share an account. During the beta, access may require an invite or campaign code.

4. Credits and payment

  • Free accounts receive a monthly credit allowance that resets each month and does not carry over.
  • Paid subscriptions grant a monthly credit allowance; unused subscription credits reset at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.
  • Top-up credits you purchase separately remain usable for 12 months from purchase, after which they expire.
  • Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and can only be spent inside GenDeck.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle is the seller for your transaction, handles applicable taxes, and their buyer terms also apply to the purchase itself.
  • If a generation fails, the credits it charged are automatically refunded to your balance.

Refunds of purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content and generated output

What you upload stays yours. You give us the limited licence we need to store, process and display it in order to run the service — including sending your prompts and reference images to the AI model providers that perform the generation. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

You may use the outputs you generate for personal and commercial purposes, to the extent we and the underlying model providers can grant those rights. AI-generated content may have limited or no copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and similar outputs may be generated for other users — we cannot promise exclusivity.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use GenDeck to create or share:

  • content that is illegal in the UK or your country;
  • sexual or intimate imagery of real people without their consent, or any sexual content involving minors;
  • content designed to deceive by impersonating a real person or organisation without disclosure;
  • content that infringes someone else’s rights.

You also must not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service, its rate limits or its billing. We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section, and credits obtained or used in breach may be forfeited.

7. AI output — no guarantees

Generative AI is probabilistic: outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable, and the same prompt can give different results. Review outputs before relying on them or publishing them. We do not guarantee that any output will be fit for a particular purpose.

8. Availability and changes

GenDeck is under active development. Features, models and prices may change, and models supplied by third parties may be modified or withdrawn by them. We aim for the service to be reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and refund unspent purchased credits.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot exclude by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of £50 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using GenDeck and delete your account at any time by contacting support@gendeck.io. Subscription cancellation is covered in the Refund Policy.

11. Changes to these terms and governing law

If we make material changes to these terms we will tell you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law makes mandatory. If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are fixable quickly.
